About Us
Johnson Matthey Pharmaceutical Materials, based in West Deptford, New Jersey, USA, is a leading manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
We provide the strength and know-how behind your generic and branded products in the US. Our strictly controlled, self contained reactor trains (up to 2,000 gallons; 7,500 liters) and DEA registered facilities produce Phase II, Phase III as well as commercial bulk APIs specializing in Class I-V controlled substances and oncology products under cGMP conditions.
Behind the scenes, our scientific team works to improve and refine your process with expertise in process development, optimization, validation and scale-up, reducing time and cost. Our extensive product list includes cisplatin, carboplatin, fentanyl citrate and base, hydrocodone bitartrate, hydromorphone HCI, oxycodone HCI and oxymorphone HCl. Facilities
Our bulk cGMP API facility located in West Deptford, NJ is home to hastelloy and glass-lined reactor trains ranging in capacity from 5 to 2,000 gallons including a new 50,000 sf multi-level state of the art addition. The facility is in strict compliance with DEA manufacturing requirements for Class I through Class V controlled substances and houses class 100,000 contamination-control rooms with HEPA filtered air-handling systems.
